Zoe Johnston Owner & Licensed Esthetician Born and raised in Hilo, Hawai‘i, I am a 20-year-old licensed esthetician and the heart behind Anela Esthetics. My favorite services include customized facials with advanced modalities and precision waxing—treatments I use to help clients feel confident and cared for in their own skin. My journey into esthetics is deeply personal. Growing up with acne and limited access to skincare treatments, I understand how skin struggles can affect self-esteem. After being bullied and called names like “pizza face,” I made it my mission to create a safe, affordable, and welcoming space for others. Anela Esthetics was born out of that purpose—to give back to my community and make quality skincare accessible to all. Outside the treatment room, I find peace in nature. I love driving up the mountain to sit in silence or going to the beach to hunt for shells—simple moments that ground and inspire me.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
**Please Read Carefully** Clients are required to cancel or reschedule their appointments a minimum of 48 hours in advance to avoid incurring a cancellation fee. A no-show/cancellation will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the service cost, unless communicated with Anela Esthetics otherwise. If a client arrives 10 minutes late they will be required to pay a $10 late fee. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, they may need to reschedule or will have to pay a late fee of $20 and their service time will be adjusted accordingly. The full service fee remains applicable in all circumstances, unless communicated otherwise with Anela Esthetics. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.
